Managing Partner
Arkar has worked in electronic security since 2009, and he's the person other technicians call when a system won't cooperate. He loves troubleshooting and enjoys a good programming challenge, especially the integrations other installers walk away from. He has migrated systems from analog to IP and worked in settings ranging from bank branches to data centers. He knows how to get complicated security systems working together, and working right.
Just as important to Arkar is clear communication. Customers always know what's being done, why, and what to expect next. His background in banking and financial-institution security set the "financial-grade" standard Arsenal brings to every job.

Brooks Stapleton
Partner & Lead Project Manager
Brooks leads Arsenal's installations and project management, keeping jobs organized from mobilization through closeout. He takes pride in clean, meticulous installs: neat cable runs, labeled equipment, and a jobsite left cleaner than he found it. As project lead, he's the day-to-day point of contact on active jobs and coordinates closely with general contractors and partners.
